We are looking for a Human Resources Intern responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. 

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to work between 20-40 hours a week between 8 AM and 5 PM
• Participate and assist in the recruitment process - sourcing applicants, reviewing resume, interviewing candidates, etc.
• Engage in the onboarding of new employees
• Assist in employee training efforts
• Maintaining employee files
• HR administrative tasks
• Assist HR team with special projects and assignments as needed
• Other duties as assigned

• Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• Have ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to work independently and within a team effectively.
• Possess a strong sense of accountability and high work standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on accuracy and details
• Permissible background check including passing drug screen and work-related references

Pay: $15/hour
