Job Summary: As Marketing Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our brand identity and messaging across all channels. Reporting to the COO, you will lead strategic marketing initiatives to promote our products and services, including commercial and residential roofing, wall panel systems, solar energy, and sustainable building technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute annual brand and product communication plans
• Identify new advertising opportunities and evaluate performance
• Manage relationships with creative agencies, PR firms, and suppliers
• Collaborate with leadership to launch new products and initiatives
• Conduct market research and track competition
• Create engaging social media and email marketing campaigns
• Produce effective press releases and internal communications
• Coordinate speaking events and trade shows

• Minimum 5 years of marketing/communications experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing, or communications
• Strong understanding of Pittsburgh market dynamics
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and diverse teams
• Proficiency in Adobe design creative suite and Microsoft Office
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
